I bought this product at a drug store, so I had no customer service issues, but I was very upset about the color my hair turned.(I used the Light Golden Blonde- 9G) My hair turned a completely gold, and it has a orange-like tint when exposed to direct light. This product might be good in another color- (the application process was very east and mess-free). On the other hand, it just might be my hair color.

I started with natural dark blonde hair, ended up with a slightly brassy golden blonde (but this hair color does add a lot of shine). I fixed it by getting some purple shampoo (for toning down yellow/orange/brassy colors) from the beauty supply store the next day, and then I shampooed my hair leaving it on for 5 minutes. It made my hair into the hair color I was hoping for, a toned down natural looking golden blonde. Another great product I've used in the past for toning down brassy/orange hair is Goldwell Colorance Foam in violet, 10V I believe is the color. It's a semi-perm foam color you put on wet, shampooed hair. It can be hard to find, and the beauty store didn't have it which is why I used the purple shampoo. Once when I was going from dark red back to blonde, the Goldwell foam was my last resort after having my stylist try everything she could thing of to get rid of my very orange hair (short of straight bleaching) - and the Goldwell stuff worked a miracle! Hope this helps the next person!

I ordered this color as a gift. It's described as a 3 pack. It is NOT. 2 times they delivered only 1 hair dye. Seriously, even after I explained that the 1st order was incorrect, they sent yet another 1 pack of dye. It is advertised as "Superior Preference Rich Luminous Conditioning Colorant, Level 3 Permanent, Light Golden Blonde/Warmer 9G (Pack of 3) " My gift was ruined and still as of now, my grandmother only received 2 hair dye packs. What a waste of my time and money. Also, its was packaged horribly with nothing to protect it or stop it from leaking all over the place. I always get things through amazon and have rarely ever had a problem, however this was marketted in an untrue way and I feel as if I was scammed.

Gift ruined, time wasted and very unhappy.
