I have been trying for the last year to find a carrying case for my son-in-law to carry his 5 rods and supplies back and forth to the Lake property to fish as he always had them supported in the truck by cords, etc.
He was elated and so was I with the product. Quality workmanship and materials.
Recommend highly.

This same exact item is sold in the LTD Christmas book for $10.95! Since you can't get it cheaper on Amazon, I suggest people save the $22 and order from LTD!

I ordered this for my husband because he really needed something for his fishing rods when we traveled. It works well for that, but he golfs a lot more than he fishes and he has discovered that it works really well for golf clubs too. When traveling and he doesn't want to take his regular golf bag, he takes just a few clubs in this bag. It has a place for golf balls and tees also. It has worked really well and is holding up good. It is a very good value and has a dual use.

Let me start by saying I got this as a gift. The construction on this case is very good and overall the concept of this case is an excellent idea, however it does lack in execution. It will not stand up on its own even with 5 rods in it. You must fill the center to the top with something or it will stand upright. This is the biggest flaw and the reason it is at 2 stars. If it stood up on its own it would be 5 stars. I may try to make a cardboard or pvc tube to keep it upright.
