5.0 out of 5 stars A Heavenly Cookie July 4, 2009
The Le Petit Ecolier (the little schoolboy) cookie is perhaps the greatest cookie commercially produced. It is a crunchy biscuit covered with a thick, delicious layer of milk chocolate. A great afternoon snack, especially when paired with a steaming hot cup of coffee, young and old will enjoy this little bit of "heaven".

I had to stop buying these, for my body's sake. It's just not OK to eat two boxes of cookies a day. I now buy worse cookies than these, and I am much healthier.

5.0 out of 5 stars A good cookie January 18, 2013
I love a good cookie, and this is very much a good cookie. Created by Lefevre Utile, a French Company that has been making cookies since 1846 (now owned by Kraft Foods), it is very much in the mode of European cookies/biscuits. The cookie itself tastes like a delicious shortbread, while the chocolate is quite excellent, and makes the cookie a real treat.

Yeah, I really like this cookie, but I have one problem with it...should I eat it frozen or at room temperature? Sometimes I prefer it one way and sometimes the other. Ah well, a cookie could have worse problems. Buy it today and decide for yourself!

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome cookie! February 25, 2012
By Alrian
Really tasty. The chocolate is good quality; it melts against the roof of my mouth without feeling grainy or greasy the way chocolate in most commercial baked goods does. I take a few boxes into the office when I'm feeling generous. They're always a hit.

Recent experiment: I left a plate of these out for my office mates next to a plate of Girl Scout Thin Mints. These went first.

Lord knows I don't put these cookies in the employee breakroom!! The price was excellent when I ordered... but the latest pricing is no better thatn what they charge at my local grocery store. Half price - GOOD. Full retail - BAD.

These are the most delicious cookies I have ever had outside of homemade. I've turned so many people on to Le Petit Ecolier. It's nice that the cookie is available in dark or milk chocolate; they're both yummy!

5.0 out of 5 stars Made in heaven! April 22, 2013
I start out with 2 or 4...then go back and finish the box off. The biscuit is crisp and not very sweet - combined with creamy chocolate makes a match made in heaven! I try to forget they're in the pantry because I have no control when these are in the house! Thank goodness I can do that (occasionally)since my weight has never been an issue. Two cookies are only 18 carbs.
