The 10 cup grinder is the best I have ever used. Easy operation, clean up & it does a great grinding job. I can't say enough good things about the Joe's Coffee House company. When my order did not arrive as expected, the company tried to track it, did not find it, and sent another that arrived within 24 hours of my call. They also, as a bonus for the problem, sent a bag of their delicious coffee. Every company should treat their customers so well!
