In my opinion this cream is much better than any of the creams I have tried in the U.S.

Ok-I have pretty dog-on bad scaly, dry, red, itchy & irritated skin on the back of my upper arms, which just kinda showed up one day in my late 20's, which I didn't pay much mind to till it was out of control & raw & awful looking-I didn't want to wear T-shirts anymore pretty much. I actually went to a Dermatologist for something else & upon looking at my arms in passing she made a comment about me having Keratosis Pilaris or KP- Chicken Bumps they are often called. I had honestly never heard of this condition & upon asking her a multitude of questions, I actually came to find that about 40% of people have this on some part of their body to some extent & they think it is genetic. Well, I was relieved to get an answer to something I was always puzzled about, but I did feel a little daffy that I hadn't ever asked someone earlier, & I was pretty unsettled to find out that there is no cure for this very common skin condition, the only thing that I know of that you can do is practice a daily regimen added into whatever other daily things you have in your routine for cleaning & taking care of your skin already. It can be a bummer, as I came to find, my dermatologist is very good, but only gave me one suggestion for management of KP- AMLactin 12%- this is a lotion with lactic acid and ammonium (I think), that has an exfoliative property while as well being able to slow down the buildup of lactic acid on your skin, which somehow slows down the extra keratin your skin is overproducing which is the cause of KP, the buildup causes your skin to not be able to slough off all those extra dead skin cells because your skin is literally clogged up,which leads to those awful bumps & uneven scaly skin we call chicken bumps. It can be really terrible in it's feeling & appearance as well, and for me it is.Read more ›

Found this item in Germany last year and loved it. Keeps my skin smooth. In my opinion this cream is much better than any of the creams I have tried in the U.S.

My wife use this cream for a long time in order to prevent her dry skin. She also used on her pregnancy period to avoid any marks of the pregnancy I highly recommend this product. They also always ship before the expected delivery date.
I agree that it is not that cheap but sometimes is better to prevent something rather than expend a lot of money on a plastic surgery.

I suffer from ichthyosis (in other words very dry skin) and i find this cream incredible. Stings for a second when it goes on but makes my skin so much better! I would highly recommend it! I have never found another cream that works as well. I also use it on my face and find it great as a face cream.

I love this product, it's a great moisturizer, with urea. No smell, no damp and your skin gets really great.
