Celia Cruz's voice isn't the most pleasant in this track because it's very nasally but the song's simple and catchy rhythm make it easily danceable. It's upbeat and positive tone really makes you get off your feet and dance. This is the reason I bought this song. But after listening to it for a while, I realized there isn't much variety in the song itself, which is broken up into three sections (separated by pauses), all of which are nearly identical. This doesn't allow for a very dynamic dance interpretation.It's a very catchy, upbeat, and positive tune and if you don't listen too much, it can be quite enjoyable. |
