They are the right size for espresso. But i put one in the dishwasher and it has a tiny tiny pin size hole on the bottom, you can barely even see it. I guess it makes sense because the air inside the two pieces of glass would expand with the hot beverage and would likely cause it to crack. The hole keeps it from breaking because of heat. But water got into the tiny hole and there is no way to get it out. The water is yucky dishwasher water so although i can still use the glass it has brownish water sloshing around the inside. The ones i didn't wash in the dishwasher are still perfect and i like them. I just have to wash them by hand. Although i didn't try it, I wouldn't let them soak in water either because water could seep through the pressure relief hole.

I use these for gongfu style tea drinking with a Five Mountains 8 oz double glass tea pot.
It was recommended by a friend and they have been perfect for the job.

PRO: Feels comfortable around your lips when drinking. Stays cool due to the double glass.
CON: Nothing of note.

These are nice glasses and they arrived unbroken and in good condition. Unfortunately, they aren't 4 ounce glasses as they are listed. They are 2 ounce glasses. We'll see how they hold up in terms of durability. They are probably pretty fragile given that they are double walled and pretty thin glass but I expected to have to be careful with them.
