The suction cup doesn't hold... It is nearly impossible to crank and push food into hole and get the food through. There is not enough space for the juice bowl and another bowl to catch left over stuff... I tried it with boiled tomatoes with no luck... Peels didn't come out of the hole like it should have..Would not recomend to anyone....

Le Petite Piece of Garbage,

Oh how I wish I'd checked the reviews before making this impulse purchase. The basin doesn't fit under the hopper. The suction cup doesn't stick to the (very clean and flat) counter. The crank that is touted on the box as "Large Handle turns effortlessly" doesn't turn unless forced. The food has to be crammed down into the hopper where it churns in fruitless abandon instead of sifting through the machine. Advertised as separating skin and seeds from pulp, it's useless. We had to put the pulp back through the hopper 6 times and it still wasn't totally free of seed and pulp. It's also a pain in the butt to clean. Extremely dissatisfied, obviously can't recommend. I'll be asking the manufacturer for a refund.

Can't hold up to tomatoes.,
I was following the directions for processing tomatoes and the handle snapped in the roller. I used the product twice including when the handle snapped. Buy a sturdier product.

This product just doesn't do what it promises. The suction cup that is supposed to fasten this machine to your counter doesn't work. I needed to refasten it every 30 seconds. The crank is hard to turn; my arm got tired after just a few tomatoes. Very few seeds were strained out. But worst was the fact that what I ended up with was watery juice with a lot of seeds. Most of the pulp ended up in the waste bin. I tried peeling the tomatoes first and then running the waste pulp through the machine a second time. This produced a passable product but what a waste of time.

A missing part,

I bought this item for my sister and when she went to use it there seemed to be a part missing. She plans on sending it back to Amazon and ask that my credit card be credited for the amount of the purchase and shipping. I have one just like it and I LOVE mine. I wouldn't make applesauce any other way. My family would have to eat store bought, canned applesauce otherwise.
