5.0 out of 5 stars Simply essential reading for labor-side representatives!, December 14, 1997

This text gives us an impossibly clear overview of labor laws from labor's perspective. The sections on organizing and the legality of different kinds of strikes are particularly helpful. A must-read for all BA's, Organizers and Union Officers. --Michael Murphy, Washington College of Law (formerly of Food and Beverage Workers Union, Local 32)

4.0 out of 5 stars a good read and necessary for the professional, April 22, 2010
By
This review is from: Labor Guide to Labor Law (4th Edition) (Paperback)
This book was a joy to read when I was a practicing Human Resource Manager and Teacher at one of the local Colleges.

It gives you cases and reasons for the results and what you might expect from thesee results. It is solid and a good read. Very valuable for any business person who has to deal with labor law.
