Fossum has done an outstanding job of presenting the work of Human Resource Management in dealing with the union. He hits all of the bases and presents the material in a way that is useful for the practitioner of Human Resource Management.Such a book as this is also necessary for any manager or supervisor to understand the relationship between their jobs (positions) and those who work for them who are in the union.
