The seller was right on with the description and the book came in perfect/new condition as expected. There is nothing I could complain about even if I wanted to. The book also came very quickly.

The book has a lot of good information. It is, however difficult to read due to a lot of little words on a single page. It is also written in a very legislative tone which can be sometimes hard to follow. I didn't have a choice to read the book, it was for a labor relations class.

The book has a lot of good information. It is, however difficult to read due to a lot of little words on a single page. It is also written in a very legislative tone which can be sometimes hard to follow. I didn't have a choice to read the book, it was for a labor relations class.

Can you beat labor to death? Yes, and this book proves it. The slides are painful. He wins the prize for most words per slide in a power point presentation. I only bought it because I had to for the class. I'll sell it as soon as the class is over.

This book is aweful. It's difficult to understand and the index is not easy follow. For instance when I go to look for collective bargaining it says see bargaining. Collective bargaining is not under bargaining at all. This is the worst class book ever.

I ordered the second edition, they sent the first edition. Ordered using the ISBN # so there is no excuse for the mistake. I am very disappointed and so was my teacher who recommended buying books this way.
