This is such a broad subject matter, and to be honest, I think a lot of this HR theory stuff (i.e. leadership theories) is total BS created by people with MBAs and too much time on their hands.
That said, this book is very readable and well organized. Pros: Book is readable and well organized. Cons: We are forced to learn this BS.
