PEOPLE BRAG AND BOAST ABOUT THE TASTE OF LABRADA MEAL REPLACEMENT PROTEIN. WELL, FOR GOOD REASON. I TEND TO FAVOR VANILLA, AND THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. WHEY ISOLATE IS LISTED FIRST IN THE PROTEIN PROFILE, BUT THIS SHAKE IS NEITHER TOO WATERY OR TOO THICK. 12 GRAMS OF CARBS IS A GOOD AMOUNT FOR A LOW CARB SHAKE, AND THE 4 GRAMS OF FIBER WILL HELP TO KEEP YOUR TUMMY SATISFIED. LABRADA IS ONE OF THE MOST TRUSTED AND RESPECTED COMPANIES IN THE SUPPLEMENT BUSINESS, BOTH IN QUALITY CONTROL AND CARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE ONLY THING THAT HOLDS ME BACK FROM RATING THIS PRODUCT A 5 STAR IS THAT IT IS A LITTLE PRICY. I ALSO FEEL THAT MIXING FIBER WITH A FAST ACTING PROTEIN LIKE WHEY ISOLATE IS A BIT OF A CONTRADICTION, BUT AT LEAST YOU KNOW YOU'RE GETTING QUALITY INGREDIENTS HERE. IF YOU LIKE YOUR PROTEIN SHAKES TO BE THICKER, DONT GET THE LOW CARB, AND GET THE REGULAR ONE INSTEAD.

Simply THE BEST TASTING protein powder I have ever had! It seems to be very difficult to find in Canada so I have to buy online. When you open the packet, it literally smells like cake mix -- tastes like it too! It's great to drink straight or to mix into recipes. Highly recommended!

THIS IS A VERY GOOD QUALITY PROTEIN REPLACEMENT MEAL, ADDED A BANANA AND ALMONDS PLACED INTO MY VITA MIX BLENDER WITH ICE AND CREATED A THICK SMOOTHIE SORBEE

i guess i'll start out the review by stating that while i like the taste, i prefer the myoplex flavor. i know i'm in the minority on this.

there are many positives with this product, such as the low volume of water needed to mix the shake. 10oz is a pretty small amount of water, and if you take a few supplements that you mix with water, less volume is always better.

Really delicious. The only reason it only gets 4 stars is that I would think that a low carb shake would have less than 12 grams.

Very quick, good value, and tasty. I often mixed it in with my oatmeal in the mornings. The only reason I didn't rate it a full 5 is because it was a bit thinner than I'd like just alone in a shake. However, the taste was excellent and the packaging very convenient.

I mix this product in the blender with crushed ice cubes and it
tastes like a chocolate shake with all the health benefits!!!
