It kinda looks like a happy meal toy from Mcdonald's. It's about the size of a golf ball, but flat. Possibly slightly smaller. It comes on a string with a flimsy plastic clasp. Read more

it was a costume piece.
The way it looked online was a lot bigger than what it actually was, but it would have been adequate for it's use.
