This review is from: Labyrinths: Walking Toward the Center (Paperback)
This book is fine but it came up when I looked for Paula D'Arcy's material. Appeared to me that she wrote it, but she wrote only to Forward.

4.0 out of 5 stars A contmplative travelogue through the spirituality of Labryinths, December 5, 2008
By
This review is from: Labyrinths: Walking Toward the Center (Paperback)
This book is a reflective look at the history, meaning and use of Labrynths. The book relates the author's experiences with discovering, building and using Labrynths as a powerful prayerful tool. The emphasis in the book is on the poetic dimension and of a religious spirituality that is subtle and meditative. The Buddhists have a tradition of 'Walking Meditation' and the Labrynth is a Christian tradition with a similar method. I found the book to be well researched and well written. And full of wonderful words and reflections!
