Been drinking this in small amounts daily (3 or 4 oz.) for many years.
Works wonders for me as a mild laxative.

Please read directions before taking this tea, My mistake i didn't read the directions and wow oh wow was i in the pot for 3 days. I steeped it to long and drank the whole 12 oz in the morning.. big mistake. But it is a great tea to clean you out :)
