I've used Lactaid for many, many years, and it keeps getting better all the time. The Fast Act version of the product is wonderful. Some dairy products affect me worse than others, and I take more of the product before I eat the worst offending dairy products, and I take additional Lactaid in the middle of the meal. This assures that Lactaid will mix with all food in my stomach. This dosing system works great for me.

All lactose intolerant people react to dairy products differently, so if it doesn't work for you the first time you try it, take a larger dose the next time. It is a benign product and you can't overdose on it. Eventually, the right dose should alleviate your symptoms, but you won't know until you experiment with it. In addition, I highly recommend taking a second dose after you've eaten half of the dairy food.

Some reviewers complain about the products effectiveness, and I wanted to write in that it works very well at my tolerance level in a ratio of 1 pill per cup of milk product. If you have more than a cup, take another pill half way through, etc. I think they say not to have more than 3 pills at one time, so take it easy. Good luck.

I know this product works well for many people. However, I didn't notice a difference and my stomach still bothered me after I ate a dairy product.

I payed for 2 package and got only one. I worte them and they promissed to send the rest but didn't. I don't know what to do to get what i paid for????????? Yes the money was paid allready. I bought and still buy by ebay and they send everything i order not a part of it and take all the money.

It's ok, but if you have a strong non tolerate lactose this product it's not for you.
