That was the first acid peel I've ever used.I searced for a trustable seller, it took 2 weeks, and after I began to search the right product that would fit my fair and very sensible skin..I get easily irritated by retinoic acid, so I was a litte worried about the right percentage so I decided to begin with the lightest lactic acid peel, and here it was.. Well, for the first time use, that was easy.. Plus the product was so appopriate that I applied 2-3 layers-even for the very fist time -and waited for about 5 minutes and than rinsed it off..I have to say that it worked perfect !
I didn't have to use any foundation or anything else, because when using lactic acid the skin doesn't peel as you can see it. After the 4th time of using the product I've lost any kind of blackheads and the oil spots under my skin.. My lovely husband loved my skin, he is always very sensible to my health- more than I am to myself- and as searched and learned a lot more about lactic acid I decided to use it regularly.As I have no more problems with my skin, I use it as a hydrating agent and I'll keep my skin forever young ha haa :D
I strongly recommend it, even you just don't have any kind of skin problems.. If you have some skin problems, begin with that one and when your peeling with the 30% is done, go for a higher one( that's the 85% of lactic here..You can dilute it for a less higher percentage by diluting it with adding a litte water into the blue glass bottle,but don't exagerate, just one dropper is enough..)
Lactic acid: That's a nature gift to humanity I assume :)

The first and most important thing I can express with peels of this nature(glycolic, salicylic, and lactic) is that you need to be PATIENT. This is not a miracle overnight cure for hyperpigmentation, acne, enlarged pores, scaring, and superficial wrinkles and lines. It will make these problems MUCH better with time.
I have mild acne and some clogged pores and the winter season makes my face flakey red, and more prone to breakouts, especially not being in the sun, pool and tanned all the time. I was looking everwhere for something to work. After a lot of research I started trying the lactic acid peels, which are very moisturizing. I wanted to combat the dry flakey skin first. I tell you what I BROKE OUT LIKE CRAZY. I was so upset, but I kept at it. One peel a week, or sometimes less if I felt I needed it. Soon, my skin started looking a lot better, smoother, and the tone was more even. Sometimes skin gets WORSE before it gets better, but it did get better.
I wish someone would have assured me this before I bought the peel.
Just know that this product WILL work if you use it properly. Do not use it too often, and I found, because I am prone to breakouts, is that its best to keep your skin clean and do NOT put gunk like neosporin or lotions on it after the peel and for about 24 hours after that. Lotions, especially heavy lotions can decrease the effectiveness of the peel.
It will also sting, its kind of startling for a new user. The trick is to not let the product sit too long on the skin, or to apply too many layers and "frost" Slow and easy will get you where you want to be. Just be patient.
I use this peel in combination with 20% Salicylic acid, and AMlactin lotion and Hyluronic acid serum and my skin is worlds better, not perfect, but I feel ok going out in public without makeup on, and with makeup on, woah!!!
It makes your pores less noticable and makeup glides right on.
I bought this product for my little sister who struggles with acne and the winter flakes, and she says she will never go without it from now on, it really did worlds to improve her skin.

I am an african-american woman and I have had chemical peels in the dermatologist office on a monthly basis and loved them. Because of my busy lifestyle I don't have time to go in on a monthly basis so I tried this lactic peel for sensitive skin because african-american skin reacts to peels differently than other ethnic races.

This product is great and I get the same results that I was getting at the dermatologist office for a fraction of the price. This peels is great for lightening acne scars and increasing collagen in the screen which slows down the aging process.
