This book has chicken has so many great recipes that you could cook chicken every night and never get tired of it. All of the recipes I have made in this book have been exceptional! There are so many combinations of flavors in the recipes. There are also quick meals for those of you who do not have time to cook extravagant meals. Each recipe gives nutritional information as well as time for preparation and cooking.

I had checked out this book at our local library and was so impressed with it. I immediately went on Amazon.com to see if it was still available and it was! This is one of my favorite cookbooks. Each recipe has a picture and many are low calorie/low fat recipes. In addition, each recipe has complete nutritional information. It's a great buy.
