In Lady Cottington's Pressed Fairy Book, artist Brian Froud shared with the world the ghostly and humorous impressions of hapless fairies unfortunate enough to be caught between the pages of a young Victorian woman's scrapbook. Readers were fascinated, and the book became an international best-seller with nearly 500,000 copies in print. In this calendar, Froud shares for the first time "recently discovered" impressions and accompanying journal entries from the Cottington archive, none of which appeared in the original book. They offer still more rare glimpses (albeit flattened ones) into the mystical invisible world of fairies.
