This CD is aptly named! Monica truly is THE Lady of Hearts! What heart! What soul! As I sit here listening to this CD for the umpteenth time I still get goosebumps. What a pleasure to listen to her. Monica's voice is to the ear as a fine liqueur is to the tongue and throat. Her choice of songs shows her excellent taste in jazz standards. The way she sings them shows her wonderful talent. I was going to express my feelings for certain songs, but they're all great! She makes each and every one uniquely her own.

Buy all 3 of her CDs so you don't miss out on every aspect of her exceptional range and diversity.

Monica's voice and interpretation of the songs on this CD allow you to experience a variety of emotions...all honestly presented and felt. This is the CD I chose to listen to after the events of September 11th. I found great solace and comfort as I listened and I would highly recommend this CD to anyone who truly enjoys a captivating listening experience.

I met Monica through surfing the net one day for Female Jazz Vocalists. I had the chance to sample her work. Eventually, I picked up a copy of her Cd. "Lady Of Hearts." let me tell you, as a vocalist myself, Monica's voice is "simply soothing" to the ear. Her voice is rich, energetic and full of creativity. My favorite tune is "You Go To My Head." If Amazons scale had a 10 on it, Monica Hatch would get a 10 from me. If you haven't experienced Monica Hatch yet, then I suggest that you pick up a copy of anyone of her Cd's. You will truly be amazed, as I was, at this wonderful Song Stylist. Keep your eyes and ears open for Monica Hatch, because she's a treat, and a true talent.
