THIS IS NOT AN UNABRIDGED READING OF THE BOOK.,
This review is from: Classic Chandler: The Lady in the Lake (Audible Audio Edition)
If you get this and think it is an unabridged reading, think again. This is a dramatized recording of a BBC production of this book, contrary to what the description says.

This review is from: Lady in the Lake (Penguin Modern Classics) (Paperback)
This book is a great private investigator novel. It takes place in southern CA and is a dynamite read. Chandler continues to be a terrific writer.
