The books were hard to find and I was happy to be able to find them on Amazon for sale at a reasonable price.

Not one of her best!
This is not one of Norah Lofts better books. If you really want a good read and enjoy Historical Fiction may I suggest House At Old Vine, The Town House, Pargetters, or Bless This House. I am a big Norah Lofts fan.
