"Lady Marmelade" was re-made by Christina Aguilera, Pink, Mya & Lil Kim for the 2001 movie release of "Moulin Rouge". The original version was produced my Missy Elliot, which gives this classic a modern hip-hop feel to it. This is the version that opens the single. Track 2 through 4 are all Thunderpuss Remixes. And did they do an amazing job!!! These remixes are pure tribal, tribal, tribal (they have somewhat of a different sound than other Thunderpuss remixes, I feel, but not in a bad way). Great drums. Great re-production. Track 2 is the Thunderpuss Radio Mix, which is followed respectively by the Thunderpuss Club Mix & Mixshow Edit. It would have been nice if a Thunderdub and/or Thunderpuss Tribapella were also available on this cd/commercially (they can be found on a promo single). But still, this single is so worth the money. Christina-Pink-Lil Kim-Mya-Missy Elliot

All here to give a great song.

The starts with Missy introducing us. Then Lil Kim does the sole sistah thing.

Then Mya comes in with a light singing with the opening chorus.

Then Pink comes and give more and louder singing than Mya and does great on the 2nd Chorus

The Lil Kim raps a good rap and leads us to the grand fanale

CHRISTINA!! Shows she can outsing all a them with an awesome rendition of patti Labelles origianal part.

Then all of them sing together the final chorus.

Over all a GREAT Song.

Don't listen to "It's time someone kept it real" over there. The remixes of "Lady Marmalade" by Thunderpuss are the best! Here's a tracklisting, review, & rating of each:
1. Edit [8/10]: Why didn't they just include the album version? Time: 4:14.
2. Thunderpuss Radio Edit [9/10]: I don't really like edits, cuz the full mix is better most of the time, but for those of you who don't like 9+ minute remixes, this is 4 U. Time: 4:14.
3.Thunderpuss Club Mix [100/10]: I LOVE THIS REMIX!!! This is undoubtedly one of, if not THE best remixes by Thunderpuss, right up there with their remixes of Madonna's "Don't Tell Me". I like it better than the album version! Time: 9:37.
4. Thunderpuss Mixshow [9.9/10]: Good, but the club mix is WAY better. Plus, I never really understood mixshows. What are they, really? Time: 6:53.
All in all, an amazing CD. UMG, get with it and re-release this in the US with the Thunderdub & Thunderpuss Tribeapella included!!!

To start I must say that this CD is one of my favourite song of all time. The origional has been spiced up with sass and attitude, it is the perfect song to start a party as it sets a sexy mood and will get everybody singing along wether they know the origional or not. Thanks to Christina Aguilara, Pink, Mya,Lil' Kim and Missy Eliot, the Moulin Rouge is a well know phrase and a great theme for parties all over the world. I give it 2 big thumbs up and a five star rating! Well done girls.

It is awesome! And for the record, it's "Voulez-vous coucher avec moi ce soir"! Which translates to "do you want to sleep with me this evening".

This single with remixes of the hit single, Lady Marmalade by Christina Aguilera, Lil' Kim, Pink, and Mya. Although it has remixes the the soundtrack to the film Moulin Rouge doesn't, sets this single apart from the other single availble, as well as other singles by Christina Aguilera, Lil Kim, Oink, and Mya. This is my favorite song ever from Christina Aguilera and Lady Marmalade has also been #1 on the HOT 100 for 4 weeks! I hope that on the four ladies new albums they include this song because I will definetly buy it. This is the ultimate single by: Christina Aguilera, Lil' Kim, Pink and Mya. Before this song the only girl i have heard was Chritina. I knew Missy from the song "I want you back" with Mel B and "Get ur freak down" from the soundtrack of Tomb Raider. I though she was just a featuing inger who always sing some words in other' ssong. But after this gr8 song i met all of them and became a hughe fans of them, specially a Pink fans! This song is gr89 sexy, full of Girl power! Even when the girls have a eally weird makeups, they all looks wonderfull. Definetly a erotic french dream of any man! They need to make from this single a DVD single or at least includde the video which is to me the best of the year!

This is one of the best. I am so happy that they have released such an album. The Mixes are non stop pounding with great dance flows and of course the vocals on the tracks make it even better. Every DJ needs this album and of course fan of the ladies themselves.

Oh these ladies sure can sing and entertain. May I add that there were not 4 but 5 talents on that cd. (put credit where credit is due!) Its not just Mya, Pink, Christina, and lil' kim but also Missy (misdemeanor) Elliot! I trust that the reader agrees. I have never heard Mya, Pink or Lil' Kim or even Missy.
But when I heard all of them I never knew such talent was out there with the exception of Christina Aguilera. I love how Mya and Lil' kim starts the song and pink giving it a good umph! to it along with the climatic rap from lil' kim and to top it all off comes along Christina! And as if those 4 were not enough to entertain you Missy Elliot ends it introducing herself wow!

One of the best song I've ever heard!It's DA BOMB!Christina showed lots of her new powerful voice!Pink put da groove style into it.Lil'Kim made the song funky!Christina made the song powerful and magical!Mya made the song uptempo!Missy Elliott just finished the rest that was missin!This song has tons of great things 'bout it!
