I purchased the LadyBug XLT with Tancs in February 2006, and am very happy with the machine's performance, the ease of use, the cleaning results, etc. All the things they say about it are true- the house smells much cleaner than before, superior cleaning without toxic chemicals. Frankly it is also fun to use, so you clean things that you might not ordinarily- for example, the heat resistant fabric seal on the inside of your oven. Now, very clean. I am veering away from the attachments, suprisingly. I find that I use it like a trigger bottle of cleaner- steam and wipe with a paper towel. Of course, I did love using the brass brush on the oven. The machine is very well made- the instructional DVD is helpful and easy to understand. It is like having a down-to-earth knowledgable instructor teach you how to use the machine.

Downsides- can be drippy when not used with a towel- so the window tool for windows, mirrors, etc., is not the same experience you are used to with Windex, for example. I use it to clean my 8 ft glass dining table, and I don't think that it takes longer, but you have to manage the dripping. The machine does "beep" a lot. You MUST compare prices, shipping, return policies and included accessories when shopping online- there is a big difference. Use the Better Business Bureau online to help make your choice.

The real thrill comes when you realize THAT YOU HAVE STERILIZED YOUR BATHROOM, KITCHEN, FLOOR.

I've had the Ladybug for 4 years and couldn't be happier with this purchase. Extremely high quality, never a performance issue, incredibly easy to own and use. Put water in it and turn it on, year after year. We renovated our kitchen a few years ago, and my husband built a special cabinet for the Ladybug so its very easy to use in the kitchen. The hose is long enough to reac all the countertops and appliances without removing it from the cabinet. It's lightweit enough to pick up and take to the bathroom, etc.

We bought this for a small medical office. I thought from all the great reviews that I would be in love with the product. But I have found this time consuming to use. I wanted it to mop the floors, clean windows, and sterilize the bathroom. The floors are the hardest to clean with this machine. First of all even with the steam at the highest volume it does not get the floor wet enough to clean it. I tried washing the windows and all I got where streaks I spent 3 hours washing and rewashing them and it still looked horrible. It was a brand new attachment and I watched the video on how to do it and it just did not work. A window washer came by the office and washed them in 3 minutes and they looked amazing. I am sure it sterilizes but It would be easier to put some disinfectant in a bowl to wash the floors with and pay the window washer $20.00 a month then try and get this $1500 machine to work!

I wanted this steamer from the first time I saw it, but because of the price I waited. My husband just got an opportunity to try it out. He saw me cleaning the grout in our kitchen one day and was amazed at how well it worked. I stepped away from the machine and he decided to continue steaming until I returned. He was having so much fun he ended up steaming all the floors in the house. This was a great investment because we use it not only at home but also at our office.

Be prepared to send this cleaner in for maintenance at lease once a year. With barely a month's worth of usage I had to send the unit back for repair, then it worked fine another two months and then it was off in storage for about 2 years. Guess what it doesn't work anymore. How could something break while sitting around in a bedroom closet. The poor reliability of this unit outweighs its performance. It did work well I suppose but took a long time to clean things that could be cleaned a lot quicker with soap and water. Considering the atrocious reliability I would not recommend this product to anyone. Stay away!!!! Quality Control is terrible with this company.

Today was the first day I went full-on using this machine all over the house.

First of all, let me say that this was shipped well and expeditiously to my house. Good job there by the sellers.
However, I did have some questions about the use, and I never did get any answers to them. But I have been figuring things out for myself.

I have used it here and there experimentally on various surfaces. With some plus/minus results.

TODAY I did fixtures, counters, cabinets, sinks, the microwave, a trash compactor, a toaster oven, the stainless steel dishwasher and ovens, the garbage disposal, the grates, some grout...all those with just two of the attachments. I tried to do my glass shower with the squeegee attachment, but that's still not working for me that well. Might be might technique...I dunno. The smaller squeegee attachment is kinda worthless - the bigger one does work. Hard water spots are going to need a chemical based cleaner, though.

I have a big house and I went over things again and again, and I didn't run out of steam. I was AMAZED by that. I imagine if I did the floors, however, that I would need to refill it.

Not only did it work well, I had fun doing it. :)
