I liked this food but after a while my parakeet started to get orange spots on its eyebrows. I was told that was from a vitamin a deficiency. (I am not claiming that this food is inadequate. I am just saying for my Parakeet it was.) So now I use, Harrison's High Potency Fine. P.S. Do not buy Harrison's from Amazon or the distributor. It is a total rip off. (20 BUCKS a bag!!) I use the bird safe store. I received two bags plus shipping for 21 bucks.
