This is an excellent saucepan. I have only had it for a few weeks but I have used it several times to make tomato sauce. I have had no problems with sticking and cleanup is a breeze. The porcelain enamel means that the pan acts basically like a non-stick. The two drawbacks are 1) it is very heavy and 2) I have noticed a small amount of rust forming right around the lip, where there is no enamel. However, all cast iron is prone to rusting if not properly seasoned. As far as I can tell, although I don't own any Le Creuset, this pan is of similar quality at half the price.
