I really like this pot but I find that I do not use it as often as my enamel and steel pot because its just too heavy. I love that it doesn't use a non stick coating but food still slides right off. One down side is in the design, you must dry this pot immediately or the rim will slightly rust. I contacted the manufacture about this problem and they did not respond back to me. I would rate it a 4 star if it had a coating to protect from rust.
