Great comfort as always, but now with great new design!, October 4, 2009

I owned the regular sized, lace support version of this chair for 10 years, and loved it so much I didn't mind having to replace the lacing twice (which rotted away in outdoor weather after 4 or so years). Finally, when various stains and tears from the cat scratching it, I decided to replace the chair with a new one. I loved the dark green, and I found this one for sale for much less than I bought the original all those years ago. The new Clipper Padded Outdoor version is wider, as are my hips, and the laces are replaced by clips which conform better in the over-all support, and yet are comfortably firmer as well. I use the pillow for a lumbar support. The padding is much nicer than the plain mesh variety, but I would buy any Lafuma over any other light-weight, folding, easily transportable lounge chair I've found.

Great buy and I use it indoors. All guests in my house seem to be addicted to its comfort.
