A little wobbly, but I loved the look.
We ended up going with an ergo carrier - a fabric frameless backpack or side or front carrier which we love and use often.

WE LOVE THIS PACK! We had another brand for our older children, but when we tried this one we had to buy it! Comfortable for both us and out little boy! We even did a 1.5 hour Moderately Strenuous hike and we both stayed happy and comfortable the entire time (At the time he weighted about 31 lbs.). Lots of features too!

It's sad that one review about shipping problems can make a good product look so bad. I have loved this backpack. Hiking down steep grades in the sweltering desert heat? No problem. The whole time I hear my young un' singing somewhere behind me. That's the only reason I remember he's there! Everyone hiking with us wanted a turn riding in the shade but they were way over 40 pounds and I wasn't going to carry them!

The product that was delivered was defective. The harness system was manufactured with insufficient webbing. I contacted LaFuma and was informed that this was a recurring problem. They sent me a mailing label to return the product free of charge and will send me a replacement in mid-April when the new model comes out. The manufacturer was responsive; however, I was out of pocket $13.00 for a shipping box that I purchased for the mailing. In fairness, Amazon should reimburse me for this $13.00 expense. I did not expect to receive a defective product.

I never received the product and had a terrible experience with Amazon trying to get my money back.
