We moved to a new "green????" complex with about two hunred-fifty units.
Surprisingly I had to wait about five minutes until getting hot water when taking a hot shower. The kitchen sink was not any better. I was very frustrated, not only because of the long wait but also here everybody is complaining about the terrible drout and having to conserve water (and I am not even an enviromentalist!). All this wasted water and the high water bill made me think that I have to do somthing.
I bought this Laing E10 pump. Yes the price is high, but I have a tankless water heater and the E10 is espacially made for it.
The pump is very well constructed and has (very important) the built-in thermostat.
In our unit (Thownhouse) the tankless heather is in the garage and the water line runs up to the second floor-attic to a manifold, about forty feet back from the kitchen and to all other sinks. I installed it under the kitchen sink. Installation was very straight forward.
I would say the only improvement for that price could be, the timer shoud be electronic and come with battery backup. Other than that it is a very good and well constructed piece of hardware.

I needed a pump capable of use with my Rinnai, having eliminated a solar storage tank and a lower flow autocirc pump also from Laing. This one did the trick and works very, very well. I do recommend that you replace all of the hoses when you install this; I learned that the hard way.

installed in 15 minutes and it is very quiet and works very well for my tankless system. if they include 2 extra needed hoses that will be super great!
