Product Description

Inspired by the simple yet complex beauty of a snowflake, our national award-winning vanilla ice cream is so delicate yet so creamy you can serve it with everything from fresh berries to gazpacho. Ask your favorite chef to join you in a blind taste test and you'll see why Laloo's Vanilla Snowflake is often called the holy grail of ice cream (by the Wall Street Journal among others). Lowfat – low in lactose - containing no growth hormones – Laloo's is made the farmstead way by hand with love from natural ingredients that are locally produced in Sonoma County.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful By Dr. M. A. Dixon TOP 100 REVIEWER on May 22, 2010
I love LaLoos goat milk ice cream. LaLoos states: "At Laloo's ® we believe that the quality of food and enjoyment of life unite. We let our goats play on 350 acres of rolling hills in Sonoma County, California, where they graze on green grass and thistleberry in the warm Pacific breeze. It's the good life. And the good life makes magical ice cream that's naturally low fat, lactose friendly (tm) and spoon-lickingly delicious to the last scoop." Their goats are not treated with growth hormones. This flavor is refreshing and not the typical vanilla - vanilla snowflake is a nice description. I prefer this vanilla snowflake over their deep chocolate Laloo's Goat's Milk Ice Cream, Deep Chocolate, 16-Ounce Tubs (Pack of 4) but Black Mission Fig flavor Laloo's Goat's Milk Ice Cream, Black Mission Fig, 16-Ounce Tubs (Pack of 4) is my favorite. I purchase from my local grocer for $5.79 each which would be $23.16 for 4 so I guess the added charge is to cover the FREE s/h to make sure it gets to customer fresh and frozen! This is delicious and nutritious too but watch out for carrageenan (google that if you don't know about colon cancer from it and such).
