I listen to this music every day. Why? Because it touches something in me that I don't understand completely on an intellectual level, but that on an emotional level, is one of those powerful experiences that you know is good and good for you. As soon as it starts I feel a relaxation response. There are moments in this music that can make you cry with joy.

This in an incredible CD. The energy of the chants moves into you like waves upon a shore. I've purchased two of the albums from the Gyurme, Rykiel collaboration. The focus on this one is the chants, with the music as support. In Vajra Chants there is more a blend. Both are exceptional additions to a collection.

This has to be my personal favorite. I use it for qi gong, taiji, and I've been playing it as I fall asleep for a couple years.Excellent for meditation.
