I bought Henry for my 2 month old daughter and she has really taken to him. At first she was a little startled with the bells and crinkle feet but now when we play with him those big blue eyes light up and she smiles ear to ear

My 4 month old loves this toy. She likes trying to grasp it and then roll around with it. The toy is pretty large- bigger than I'd expected- yet she is still able to grasp hold of it. When she was younger she liked to look at Henry's black and white underside. Now she likes to reach for his legs. I like this toy because it has a lot of textures for her explore and different ways she can hold onto the toy (by the legs, the triangular handle, the round handles, etc). I like this toy because my daughter LOVES this toy.

Both my children have loved this Hippo and we have given it as a gift several times to friends when they became new parents, too. Babies love the different material textures, the rings are good for tiny hands to hold and mouths to chew. The bottoms of the feet and tummy are black and white, which is very attractive for babies. The hanging hook means it's great on the car seat or stroller. It has crinkly feet and bells inside two feet, and the rings make a pleasant sound when shaken, too.

I don't know of a baby who hasn't liked this toy a lot!

My son LOVES this toy. At 3 months it was the first toy he reached for besides the toys in the play gym and exersaucer. We do not go anywhere with out the hippo. He gets excited to see him. He loves to chew on the teething rings on the tail and play with the feet and tongue. I ordered a bunch more for shower gifts.

My four month old loves the lamaze toys and this one is adorable. It is easy for her to hold and manipulet. There are so many differnt textures and things to grab. Plus, I think he is the cutest little hippo.
