My son has had this teether since he was 3 months old. I thought maybe he's just too young & not interested in it(even though he did have 2 teeth already) He is now 8 months old, and still isn't very interested in this teether. The reason I bought it was because it was in-expensive and easy for him to hold & pick up. He would rather pick up a toy car, or some sort of stuffed toy, which I understand every child is different. My only big complaint - the star bead on the end. It is hard, and pointy. If it catches my son's sore, in-coming teeth the wrong way, he will cry. Other then that, the colors are great, and definitely catch baby's eye. Overall, it's an OK toy for the price.

My mother saw this toy while shopping it was so cheap she figured even if the baby doesn't like it won't really matter. We didn't think my daughter would like it as much as she does. My baby is only two and a half months but if I help her grab it she'll play with it for hours, looking at it and trying to get it in her mouth. It's soft too, so if my baby accidently hits herself with it it won't hurt. For the price, this is a must have.

This teething ring is great! We probably have enough toys to have our own toy store, including at least 2-3 of these teething rings! Our 10-mth-old baby loves to stick one of them in his mouth (like just one bead of it) and walk or crawl around with his hands free to hold other toys. Our 7-mth-old, loves it too, with his favorite game being to simply have one of us sit it on his head and then wait for it to fall off when he moves. He thinks it is hestarical. It's amazing how much fun they can have with such a simple toy.

My daughter would only use this teething ring. I bought about 5 other types (the massaging one, the ones you put in the fridge to keep cold) & she would not take any of them. My sister-in-law said she used this one on her son & he really liked it so I thought why not give it a try. Low and behold it worked. Thanks First Years for a wonderful product.

My so has had this teether for 6 monthes and He has played with it and chewed it lots.It has held up well and been a lifesaver! This price is better than most stores I have seen it at.

My son loved this toy, its the only one he would chew on when he was teething, and the toy is still none the worse for the wear. Definitely a must-have! The colorful beads are also an attraction to the babies.

This teether is great-I really like the colors, appropriate for girl or boy. It's easy to take places (doesn't make a scene if Baby drops it in church) and is easy for baby to grasp. Also very easy to clean.

This teether doesn't get played with much, but when my son is in pain & nothing else is working, this is a lifesaver. For some reason, he likes these even more than the cold teethers when he really needs one.

Perfect for babies with or without teeth. My son loves this teether! He's 5 month old now. He's been using it since he was about 3 months old. I started giving this toy to him once he was able grasp objects by himself. He prefers this one over the other teethers (well it is second to Sophie the giraffe). He holds the ring with both hands and shoves it in his mouth. The two small yellow beads and the star at the ends help create an oval shape ring so the ring is perfect for his little mouth. It is very easy to clean as well. Just wash with mild soap and water or throw it in the dishwasher- top rack. I'm an Infant teacher and my kids at work love this teething ring as well. Highly recommend it.

This is a great toy for teething babies! The colors catch their attention while the different shapes keep their hands and mouths amused. The size is just right for them to actually hold on to it too. I'd recommend it to any parent of a very young child- especially for the price!
