The Most Important Book You SHould Own If You Raise Lambs,

This is the BEST book if you raise sheep. Young lambs can have so many problems, and they can become weak and die quickly. This book is very easy to use and the dosages for medication are clearly explained. We use it every year. My husband is a Vet and he recommends it.

Our copy is very dog eared and stained from so much use over the years. It has great flow charts in the back to help you diagnose problems in a reasonable amount of time (less time than it takes for a lamb to die in other words!) We keep many of her treatment suggestions on hand now and use them regularly. Excellent descriptions, drawings, treatments, causes, etc.

We recently began raising sheep and I was forever searching the internet for solutions to our problems. Since I purchased this book, the searching is over. Every problem we have encountered has been in the book. It's been a great source.
