I am a pharmacist and consider this an effective product. It has served me well and is, to an extent, more effective than some competing products. Differences in effectiveness are to be expected, however, and not too many inferences should be drawn from that.

Applied twice a day for Athlete's Foot gets one symptom-free in a reasonable length of time and continued use, even once a day, keeps it that way.

Incidentally, athlete's foot gets into socks, shoes, carpets, and into showers--just to name a few places. Re-infection is common from one's own environment, so keep using somthing, even a foot powder, in socks and shoes for an extended period of time.

This packaging and pricing seem to be a good deal, expecially with the free shipping on two tubes.

This product worked for me, i no longer have athletes foot at all! It got rid of it completely :)

I know people who have used Lamisil before and had it work for them, however, it did not work for me. If only seemed to hold my athlete's foot in check, not reduce it. I did use it for 2weeks+, but no improvement. I switched to Tinactin and it worked very well. I would guess certain types of fungal infections respond differently since each product uses a different active ingredient. Unfortunately, you may have to try a few products to find the right one for your condition.

Lamisil is the only product that keeps my feet from cracking and itching. For me, it works quickly to soften, remove cracks, dryness and itching. I was able to get 2 tubes at Amazon, one for home and one perfect for carry-on traveling, for the same price as what I would pay at a local discount retailer for only one tube. A little goes a long way. Money well spent.

This product from The Natural Health Shoppe had an expiration date only 6 months away. Acceptable but not desirable. Hence the 2 star rating.
