CPX430LAMP This product was shipped without all the parts as a filter was missing from the top portion of the lamp which enables the brightness of the lamp. The lamp was sent back on RMA# 18796 with pictures included. Pictures show the Amazon furnished lamp missing parts and 2nd picture is lamp with all parts. I was not able to meet the time sensitive replacement because of the faulty part. I will not recommend to others in purchasing items from Amazon.

It took over a week to receive the RMA information which is an not acceptable practice.
