My review may seem late to some. It's just that i like to try out the product before offering my opinion. This meat cleaver was rated highly by a cooking show. Yet like so many products it's not until you try it out for yourself that you can come to some kind of conclusion. My conclusion is that this meat cleaver is very good. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the handle, it's a little too smooth for me. Other than that, it's a nice cleaver for the money.
