This is a really great product. The 20% benzocaine really helps. I gave it a 5 star rating because it helps burn pain so much, but it doesn't absorb very well. It stays on the skin and builds up. So, if you put it on several times the skin starts to get very sticky and then you have to wash it off, which takes a bit of rubbing, which hurts.
