While my wife likes the product, I'm not happy with the "amazon retailer" who sells it. When I received this item, it was very clear it wasn't a "new", unboxed item. Had been opened and what looked like a finger scoop had been taken out of it. Label on bottom states not for individual sale, so either a tester or part of a gift set. Guess it's back to brick and mortar stores for this kind of thing. Of course .. Caveat Emptor in all online shopping, anyway. I have no idea if they would refund me for this, but honestly, it's not worth the hassle of trying. I just won't be buying from them again. Good luck in your endeavor.

This product I received is NOT Renergie Double Treatment! When I bought this cream at a Lancome counter at a department store, it smelled different and was a different color. Also, the product was not new. The inner lid had been opened. I think they substituted a different cream. As far as I'm concerned, this product has been sold fraudulently and the seller should be removed from Amazon, and Lancome needs to be notified.

I bought this product "open box" which I was fine with. But the actual cream container had been opened and the cream had been handled. Not so cool.
