We recently added a 99 Land Rover Discovery to the home fleet, as car for my oldest son to use, as well as work on.

I got this guide to help he and his friends add or take apart things the right way, and not have a couple of screws or other items left over, wondering where they would go.

As soon as we got it, he opened it up to understand the radio wiring connections. He wanted to put in a new head unit with an audio input. The documents where clearly ordered in PDF format. We could print either the entire chapter or the pages that we needed to use.

He is very anxious to dive into this CD to learn about his 'new' car.

I bought this for my 1992 Range Rover. Description shows that it covers Range Rover classics, but it actually only covers the 1995 model year with the airbags and updated dash. For my current project I specifically needed instructions on how to access my brake light switch which is accessed differently than the 1995 model. I'm sure it will help out for other projects where the parts are the same as the 1995 Range Rover.

It is what was to be expected... prefer old school book format, but this CD is the wave of the future.

The manual appears to be very complete and easy to use.

The wiring skematics are great.

It is much easier to use Adobe "Find" than use a printer manual.

In today's high-tech, fast-paced world it is difficult to find the 'good old-fashioned customer caring' that should come with making every purchase. We remember when that was the standard and the norm; not the exception.

Every now and again you find a merchant--especially those on the internet who do not have a face or a physical address that they ever disclose--who has the same commitment to customer care. We found such a one with this merchant.

We ordered his disk. It arrived on time but empty. The file was empty and/or corrupted. I thought to myself, the price of the product almost inhibits you from attempting to do anything about returning it. The cost of my time, plus return shipping and any effort to 'fight a merchant' made me almost want to throw the disk away and say; "It is what it is! Take the loss and forget it!"

Then I said; "I will just email and tell him what happened. Then I will see what transpires." To my surprise I got back a quick response. The merchant refunded all of my money (including shipping)and sent me a new disk totally at his expense.

I was amazed and very happy! I know that this may not happen every time he makes a mistake with a product, but his reasoning was what impressed me the most. He said: "I do this every day. I am sorry for this mistake. I will correct it. For me this is more than a business, I have a passion for the Land Rovers that I sell products for. Don't Worry!"

I think that it is great when a merchant's products and services are his passion and that passion is expressed in the way that they treat their customers. Pride in their product and their company expresses itself in pride in the way they treat their customers! Hooray!!!!

It was a pleasure to do business with him. I felt a warmth within and I hope that he prospers and gives all of his customers the same wonderful experience. May my comments become an expectation for every future customer and a lifelong standard for this merchant to live up to!

Have explored it brifly and without much more than a 1/2 hour in to it found the method to change the dual clamate control system from Celcius to farenheight. I purchased a 99 Discovery II for strictly off-Roading and had no ecxperience with the British based vehicle. I* anticipate getting a lot of use out of the manual over time.
