This book showed me exactly what I needed to do in order to properly serve papers for delinquent rent. It is written at the right level for non-lawyers. It has detailed explanations for each line of each form that you have to fill out.

1.0 out of 5 stars Shouldn't be sold anymore, August 30, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Landlord & tenant guide to Colorado evictions (Paperback)
Unless you're in the market for a history book, this guide should be taken off the market. It's outdated at this point in time and doesn't serve as any kind of relevant reference. The laws in Colorado changed a LOT in 2008 regarding rental property. Don't purchase anything before that time, or you're wasting your money.
