The Landlord's Book of Forms and Agreements
This book is a must have for a new landlord. The author has taken the time to organize the book into specific sections for critical details to be read though easily without having to read the entire book (i.e. Screening tenants, leases, etc.). The CD has a variety of forms in Word format that can easily be modified to fit your individual needs...

Disappointed with content
Looking for typical vacation rental agreements, which was not covered very well in this book. This book seems to focus more on long-term rentals from a landlord's perspective.
