Having the Landlord's Legal Guide in Texas
makes trips to the law library and Vernon Statutes unnecessary. The eviction procedures alone are worth the price of the book, but there are forms and lease examples that cost plenty on the internet. The checklists, screening tips and statutory obligations in Texas are must-haves for a landlord and tenant's protection. |
