About the Author
Joseph P. DiBlasi received his J.D. from the New England School of Law. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and has written or co-authored several self-help legal guides, including How to Start a Business in Massachusetts. Mr. DiBlasi maintains a private practice in North Reading, Massachusetts.
Mark Warda received his J.D. from the University of Illinois at Champaign. He practiced law in Clearwater, Florida, then gave up a buisy practice to publish self-help law books. He has written or coauthored more than sixty titles, including Landlord's Rights and Duties in Florida. --This text refers to an alternate Paperback edition.

As a landlord in Massachusetts, I find this book absolutely invaluable. I refer to it often, and the standard forms included with the book alone are well worth the price of admission. An absolute must for anyone looking to own rental property in the Bay State.

As a landlord, it seems the Real Estate Industry is filled with incompetent agents, lawyers, constables, clerks, tenants, contractors, etc...
This book is a true source of real information, backed and referenced by State laws, case law, and written by a competent lawyer. It was exactly right and what I needed. I realized later that if I read this book even more, I would have had more questions answered quicker. Thanks again Joe.

The book seems very basic to me and not as good as other books that I have read. It does go into detail about evictions. Several of the laws at the back of the book deal with mobile home parks etc.
