Solid (when loaded), nice-looking rack that fits well in the living room and ads some variety to all the square shapes that make up our living room furniture, mantel, stove, rug, etc.

This review is on day 3 of owning it, so if it all falls apart next week, I'll update then.

Does the job at a reasonable price. Good for keeping firewood in or near the house. Doesn't hold a lot of wood.

This was received on time and assembled easily. Is doing the job well and looks very nice. One of the neat things is it will fold flat and can be hung in the garage during the warmer months. Love it.

I was skeptical ordering this through the mail, but was very happy when it showed up. I needed something to hold some wood next to our outdoor fireplace - this fit the bill perfectly. Well made! Think two flat rings spot-welded at the top with a couple spreaders at the bottom. Sturdy and looks great.

The solid bar hoop has the advantage that it you can remove the spacers at the bottom and fold the rack until it is flat. This allows storage of the rack when not in use. The rack is stable and strong with just enough clearance from the floor that the one can clean the wood related particles from under the rack.

We've really enjoyed having the log hoop on our deck so our wood is stored in an attractive way right outside the door.

Funkiest packaging ever! This arrived flat, simply vacuum sealed in heavy plastic. (I guess it doesn't need fancy padding or boxes since the thing is indestructible.) It didn't come with assembly instructions, but it only took me a minute to figure things out.

The top of the two iron hoops are welded together. Look at the picture -- see that iron bar peeking out from under the "kindling?" Well, someone from Fort Knox must be in charge of wiring it down for the flat packaging. Took me two pairs of pliers to get the darned thing off. Then I pulled the two hoops apart at the bottom, trying to shove the iron bar onto the straight base below each hoop and WHAM! The hoops snapped shut and mauled my thumb and finger. Ouch!

So my advice is to BUY this log holder because it's great if you don't need to store much wood or if you don't have a lot of space. But have someone help you hold its jaws open while you attach the bar. Otherwise, it'll BITE ya.

I bought this to use near my outdoor firepit. It is nice and sturdy, holds a bunch of wood, looks great and doesn't take up a ton of space. Just what I wanted. Keeps the wood neat and off the ground and ready for use. I might buy another one to keep some wood in the garage so that I have dry wood all of the time. Great price.

Well built, sturdy wood storage. Works well on decks near the door. The kindling storage is a nice idea, but it is not easily accessible because it is located at the base of the hoop. Use a separate container for you kindling.
