Exceptional light with one exception...,

My lovely Landmark Tiffany-Style Billiard light came on time as promised & I couldn't wait to have my electrician install it. It is everything that the product list said-with one exception... When Matt was three-quarters of the way through installing it, he found that one of the 3-light sockets was broken. It took Matt (a very experienced, licensed electrician we have used many times) 30 minutes to repair the socket. This he did NOT do for free & I wouldn't expect him to. My only guess is that would explain the savings I made on my purchase-it was damaged & who wants to go through the hassle of returning it when it's installed & the electrician has been paid already? I know I don't. I have never had this problem w/ purchases made through Amazon before, but it did leave me disappointed with this experience.
