This book was a total disappointment. For the price, it is not a good buy. I read this book (literally) in 15 minutes. There was absolutely no new information in the book. All of this material is available free on the Net. There wasn't even a points-of-sail or points-of-wind included nor minimum wind speed. There is no need for this book in the Landsailing community - there are plenty of other resources that are free and far outweigh the value of this book.
There is one positive note - the font size is big, like 14 points. It is really easy to see. Too bad the content wasn't there. |
