Clear and concise. Well-researched.,

The arguments put forth by Dr. Minteer show a base of solid research and thought, advancing the ongoing national debate regarding not only who we ARE in our role as an environmental steward, but who we WERE - a necessary device for self-discovery, if we, as a nation, hope to move forward from debate into pragmatic, applied modifications to our domestic environmental policy.
